  • Condition: The item must be unused, in the original packaging, and in resalable condition. Any items that have been used, installed, or altered cannot be returned unless defective.
  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided for all returns and exchanges.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Opened or used items: Items that have been opened or used (such as vacuum bags, filters, etc.) cannot be returned unless they are defective.
  • Customized or special orders: Products that were customized or specially ordered for you are not eligible for return.
  • Gift cards: Gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.

3. How to Return an Item

If you wish to return an item, please follow these steps:

  2. Prepare Your Return: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, including any accessories, manuals, and other items that came with it.

  3. Shipping Your Return: You will be responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Return Shipping for Non-Defective Items: You will be responsible for return shipping costs for items that are being returned due to personal preference, incorrect sizing, or change of mind.
  • Return Shipping for Defective or Incorrect Items: If the item you received is defective or was shipped incorrectly, we will cover the cost of return shipping. Please contact us to arrange a prepaid return label.

5. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item and confirm that it meets the conditions outlined above, we will process your refund. Please note the following:

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase. It may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
  • Partial Refunds: If the returned item is not in original condition or missing parts, we reserve the right to issue a partial refund or decline the return.
  • Restocking Fees: In certain cases, a restocking fee of up to 15% of the purchase price may be applied for returned items that are not defective, damaged, or incorrect.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item for another size, color, or model, we recommend returning the item and placing a new order for the desired product. Please follow the return procedure above and place a new order after your refund is processed.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will work with you to resolve the issue, including offering a replacement or full refund, depending on the circumstances. To assist us in processing your return, please provide the following:

8. Order Cancellations
